The South Jersey Emerging Journalists Project (SJEJP) is an independent initiative dedicated to supporting content creators and emerging journalists from underserved communities across Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, and Atlantic counties.
Through fellowships, partnerships, and community engagement, SJEJP works to ensure that South Jersey’s diverse stories are told, heard, and shared.
The New Jersey Black Heritage Trail is gaining momentum, as the New Jersey Historical Commission has approved its first categorization of 32 historical landmarks to be a part of the Black Heritage Trail.
